Various workout options are given for all fitness levels! From starting fresh with little to no experience to those currently involved in an exercise routine. With easy access to me as a personal trainer, modifications and adjustments can be made to any movements you might be uncomfortable with. Mini video clips and written descriptions are given for each exercise to ensure proper form and decrease chance of injury. All strength training routines are aimed to sculpt and tone the female physique.
"I don't have time to go to the gym"
All of the Thyme for Fitness workouts use minimal workout equipment and can be done anywhere! Workouts range from 15 to 35 minutes and are based on intensity level (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and exercise modality (cardio, strength, flexibility).
